Time out is so important when you run your salon. It’s important on so many different levels. If you crash….who’s there to run the salon?
Recently, I have had a few friends suffering from burnout and exhaustion. Your health is so important. You are so important. Please promise me that you make time for yourself. Cut the noise from the world and chill. Even if it’s an hour or so. It’s so so important.
