Every morning… unless it’s teaming with rain or snowing….I go for a walk. Every morning. I take my doggo out for a walk and it’s the only time of day that I have for myself.
I make the most of this time and use it to listen to podcasts/audiobooks/music and get myself in the zone for the day ahead. Some mornings I don’t listen to anything. It’s time that I need to clear my head, get inspired and figure things out about who I am, what I want in my life and where I’m going. Or simply what I need to do for the day. If I’m studying, I take this time to listen to the lessons because I don’t get a lot of spare time in my day to do this.
What I’m saying is I make this time a priority to put myself first. Without it, I get so overwhelmed, lost and don’t know where I’m going. I need to exercise. Exercise for me about my mind and my mindset.
Do you have a morning routine or something you do daily to check in with yourself? Something to help you keep your mindset strong?
