The French Butt Reshaping (FBR) combines Liposuction 360, Butt Implants & Fat Grafting
A big difference between Breast & Butt implant surgery is that Butt implants are also for Men 🧔🏻🍑
1 in 7 patients (15%) seeking buttock reshaping is male
These male patients are most of the times heterosexual, they complain about a flat butt, they want a more projected butt to get a more athletic look.
More rarely they are homosexual or transgender.
The butt is not equal in women & men:
– the ideal female butt is Round, hips are wide, waist is narrow & the Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) is around 0,65
– the ideal male butt is Square with hip dips & a WHR around 1
The FBR technique in Men has 2 differences compared to Women:
1- the liposuction 360 will be high definition to show all muscular contours while in female it’s low or moderate definition
2- the hips will not be fat grafted as much as in female patients to avoid wide hips & female curves
The use of implants & fat is particularly interesting in male because implants give a muscular look & firmness.
Using fat only (BBL) in a male would give a too soft butt.
In this 39yo male patient, married, skinny (180cm, 70kg) we first sucked 600cc of fat out by high def lipo 360.
Then we insert inside the muscle 400cc round silicone implants with a single scar👌🏻
And finally we grafted 250cc of fat lateral to the implant to smoothen the transition with the hips.
At 3 months the patient is very happy with the natural and athletic look of his butt & abdomen, and so do I 😁
Don’t be afraid of buttock implants, they are safe and they have actually many advantages, in particular in men, keep following the 😉
