Sundays sometimes call for self care which can be different to all of us.
I enjoy pampering myself! Whether it is taking a bath, doing tan, face masks, etc.. I enjoy it and it definitely makes me feel a lot better. 🛀🏻
But I also include exercising, moving my body as a form of self care. Something easy, flowing, keep the body moving and lungs strong. 🚴🏻♀️
And, last but not least. 🧘🏻♀️ Meditating. Even 3 minutes sitting quiet with myself can make a huge difference. Grounding myself and focusing on my breathing.
